Provides electrical, electronic, mechanical and hydraulic repair and maintenance support, including some fabrication. Performs various support activities for die maintenance and machine shop functions. Demonstrates core operating values and code of conduct through actions and behaviors.


1. Repairs and maintains electrical, electronic, mechanical and hydraulic functions of the operating die-cast machines including preventive and predictive maintenance.

2. Operates various machine shop pieces of equipment including lathes, drill presses, saws, hand tools meters, gauges, micrometers, and computers.

3. Programs PLCs for the die-cast machines and trim press operations as well as electronic, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.



High School/GED and 3-5 years of related experience.

Certificate from technical/trade school or relevant work experience to qualify for industrial “journeyman” status in the electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields. Must pass BMCT testing.


Preferred: Siemens PLC experience. Experience working in the die casting industry.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

Certified QMS Auditor, responsible for reporting performance indicators and concerns to management Coordinate the training of internal auditors, ensure QMS internal audits are scheduled, executed and closed with all related corrective actions. Report on the status of internal audits to management as required. Participate in plant continuous improvement projects


Qualifications and Competencies:

Bachelor of Science degree in Quality Systems, Operations or related field. ASQ Certification 5 Years’ experience of overseeing the ISO Quality Management System. Knowledge of quality systems, PPAP, FMEA, APQP, SPC, and Control plans. Demonstrated experience working with Lean initiatives, 8D root cause analysis, correction action planning, Poke Yoke.

Our client is part of the largest group of commercial hospitality laundry service providers. 

Chief Engineer needs the ability to repair, modify, and rebuild, all dry cleaning and laundry equipment. 

Must be proficient in troubleshooting electrical and pneumatic controls, rebuild pumps, valves, regulators, and have an excellent understanding of steam and boiler systems. 

Must have Washer & Steam experience. 

Must be able to read and interpret electrical schematic diagrams and utilize a variety of testing equipment for troubleshooting of equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. 

The ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of efficiency is a MUST! 

Desired Qualifications: 5 years experience servicing dry cleaning machines, presses, tunnel washers and boiler equipment. Technical or on-site training in electronics, electricity, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems related to dry cleaning plants.

The Plant Manager is also responsible for the plant’s operation, maintenance, and distribution and raw crop acquisition in the area.


Must have experience with Frozen Foods. Union experience, Agricultural awareness to manage crop harvesting with outside vendors. Understanding of food production standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's). Background and working knowledge of HAACP, GFSI and or BRC and AIB. 7 years food manufacturing experience as well as Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Packaging and Distribution. Training in Safety, OSHA, RMP, EPA, PSM and SPC are required. Strong accounting skills, and experience with Profit and Loss, and Capital Expenditures.

The Supplier Quality/Sustaining Engineer will play a key role in maintaining a consistent flow of raw materials from overseas and domestic suppliers to the manufacturing floor ensuring only quality products are built and shipped.




• Walk manufacturing facility daily addressing issues in real-time


• Determine if the raw material is to be returned, reworked, used as-is or scrapped


• Design rework fixtures, jigs, instructions, ext. when necessary as well as train staff to perform rework


• Effectively convey quality issues to domestic and overseas suppliers including creating and editing existing CAD files and drawings


• Working with domestic and overseas suppliers to create sustainable corrective actions as we well as follow up to ensure corrective action is being executed




• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field


• 5+ years' experience in quality engineering required


• 3+ years in supplier management and auditing required


• 3+ years prior experience working with overseas vendors


• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10%-25% of the year


• Knowledge and understanding of multiple manufacturing processes such as CNC, casting, forging, stamping, injection molding
